I’m Tina — founder of Betterlife+, licensed clinical professional counselor, ADHD clinical services provider, and executive function coach.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve helped people move from overwhelmed and overthinking to calm, clear, and confident in their work and life.
My work bridges two worlds:
